That swatchbook sounds like a great investment. I was at your class in Bellingham...trust me girls, she has A LOT of cutting to do! But it's totally worth it...the class is so much fun, and the hard part is done for you already! Ali, where's your mom when you need her, eh? LOL! Have fun!

Hey Ali, I am loving Pink Martini! What great music! Thanks for turning me on to them. We just spent the weekend in Portland ( we are from Southern California!) and that city just continues to impress me over and over! We are already planning another trip in August!! Have you ever seen Pink Martini? They seem like they would be really fun! Julie

Gotta love daisies! My Becky Shasta Daisies just started opening this week--they look so pretty next to my yellow columbine and deep purple lavender. Seeing my flowers growing in my yard gives me such warm fuzzy feelings. :)
I leave the really technical programming stuff to Rob--he has referred to himself as being a "code monkey" due to his current job. :) Since he does programming for a living, may as well give him the joy of doing that stuff for me. (plus, I just don't really think that way).
Have fun in southern Oregon this weekend and good luck with your class. Wish I could participate.

Have loved Pink Martini since they came to Roseburg for one of the Music on the Half Shell concerts several years ago.

    Ali darlin',
What excellent taste you have in music. I've been listening to Pink Martini (both "Hang on Little Tomato" and "Sympathique") for about a month now and have intentions to order both CDs to download to my iPod. LOVE their music and as a bonus they do a few songs in Italiano. They are actually playing here on tomorrow (Friday) with the NC Symphony but I'll miss it. My husband and I are taking my new little convertible to the Outer Banks for the weekend. :-)
Take care of you and have a joyful weekend!
    Ciao dalla tua amica,
    Dee

    Thank you....
In today's hustle and bustle called life, I have neglected to visit the blogs of my favorite people. Just so happens today, as I scroll through your postings, something stuck out to me that is so simple but yet so beautiful, the image of the flower. Which in turn reminds me that I need to get my camera fixed since I love taking sooooooo many pictures (just ask Brad & Carrie how I am about my camera) hahaah
Anyway, thanks for the A list and hope all is going well.
    Keep up the great postings.
