Today was
my birthday.
I got to do one of my favorite things tonight - go to a movie with Chris. In fact, we went twice - back to back (the first time ever). Can I tell you how fun it is to walk out at the end of a movie, head back to the front counter, buy a second ticket to another feature, and walk right back in all over again.
We started off with Dan In Real Life with Steve Carrell. Loved it. Had to come home and download Let My Love Open The Door and listen to it over and over again.
Round two was American Gangster with Denzel Washington & Russell Crowe. Another really good movie.
It was a really good birthday.

We just watched Evan Almighty which the whole family loved; can't wait to see his latest. My husband says that guy is funny without saying a word, so true.
Gotta try the two movies thing, although I'm pretty sure I'd fall asleep at some point during one of them..

Happy belated birthday!! It was our 8th anniversary and my husband's birthday last week, so we went to Omaha, NE for the weekend! We also saw American Gangster...liked it a lot, too! It was the first movie we been to together at a theater in YEARS...good time!
