Knitting, knitting and more knitting. I'm a bit obsessed really. I just learned how to knit and it's like I was when I first started scrapbooking, I just can't get enough! Currently I'm working on hats for a friend of mine that just had twin girls. :)

I have been designed a program for a conference--cover and all. And I'm a social worker not a graphic designer. So it's been pretty interesting to say the least.

Normally I scrapbook, but lately my creativity has poured into planning and preparing our vegetable garden. It's still too cold to plant much, but today, the kids and I will plant lettuce, spinach, and swiss chard. I can't wait to see how they grow...and I'm sure our bunnies will be eagerly waiting too.

Working at getting my four-year-old over walking pneumonia with lots of injections and pokes --- it's been a stressful week but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. After our appointments are done, I'm going to be working on getting my house cleaned!

    Hi Ali,
I found a type drawer at Goodwill. A little smaller than the one you have...been having so much fun figuring out what to put in it...on it! Can't wait to hang it up in our hall.
Blessings to you and your family!

I have been working on keeping this awesome balance of life, mother, student, employee, and wife. But it's all worth it when I see my daughter ride her two wheeler for the first time (by herself) or when you snuggle up with a good book.

Hi Ali - thanks always for the great giveaways. I am currently working on a zillion quilts for a fund raising project for Brodys service dog, have 3 done - 1 almost done and 1 left to quilt. Then back to a train quilt that has been in the works for a long time.
Love getting back to it and it will be done this year!!
    Have a great day.

I have recently gained a permanent scrap space in my house, so I have been spending lots of time creating pages around all of my very important but very random memories from the past year.

i've actually felt the mojo return for myself. Maybe it's winter slowly disappearing, maybe it's letting myself be creative-I'm not sure why it's come back but it's quiet welcome. come on in and have a seat, mojo. Meet Ali and baby and Simon while you're here. I've made a mini from a package of Blue Moon/Full Moon Ale, I've made 12x12 pages with ONE picture. it's very freeing!
