Friday musings on this & these.

Thesetwotug Thesetwo3

These two : seriously cool and obviously quite the pair. One pulls hair + the other snuggles a little too tight. All in the name of love.

OTHER THINGS FOR TODAY

This book : resting on my nightstand is inspiring me in so many different ways.

These friends : gathering together again this weekend for renewal & creative rejuvenation & rest.

This excerpt : And specifically this quote, "Your armor is preventing you from growing into your gifts."

Oh, Ali! I'm falling in love with your daughter! She is so incredibly cute :)
Thanks for the awesome layout inspirations and for mentioning SouleMama's book. I'm teaching myself how to sew, and that may be the book that will motivate me with great projects!
    Have a great weekend!

I was really happy to see your layout posted here. When I first saw it in CK mag, I thought it was just THE most beautiful layout ever. I love the soft color, linear design, simplicity, and touch of digital work on the photos. Excellent work, Ali!
We are thankful for you, too! You bring inspiration here and it always sparks creativity and the need to try things "out of the box" for a lot of us.

Thank you for redirecting me to Brene's post about midlife. I'm not even at midlife yet and I feel like she is speaking directly to me. I needed that this morning. So thanks for that! Can't wait for your class to start, I already signed up. :)

Look at Anna sitting up- so cute! I love the layout of her first week. I've been looking for just the right inspiration for similiar photos of my youngest and this is it. I did more traditional baby books with my first two boys and want to document my last one's a little differently. Thank you for sharing with us!

Ali, I am signed up for your class at BPS and have started gathering some old photos. I wanted to find a site where family could add to what I have and share also. I found this- http://www.myheritage.com/ It is awesome for sharing photos. It is great for sharing photos. It is easy to upload and sort photos. The face recognition option is awesome. (Family can even e-mail pictures to the site.) I think you may want to take a look!
