Waiting(A little conversation about Simon being ready to go home - good capture Dad. All these people were gathered on Proctor Street in Tacoma for an annual trick or treating event - they close off a couple streets and all the businesses give out candy from 4-6pm - a great time for little trick or treaters. Definitely don't get this many people at our house or at my brother's house.)

Just a few images from our Halloween adventure to Tacoma a couple weekend's back. It was so fun to have all the cousins together for Halloween. I also wanted to say thank you for the birthday wishes last week. Life is good.

My Anna (19 months) was a monkey too (or "monk monk" as she says). Looks like you had a great time as a family. That's great! Enjoy the week!
    Blessings,

I've never experienced Halloween in the US (it's just starting to be celebrated here in Germany) and I'm totally amazed of the masses of kids and parents on one of your pictures.
I had one single group of kids trick-or-treating here this year, none last year and one group the year before. Just as a comparison! :)

It was a full-street event where they block off a couple streets and all the businesses welcome the trick or treaters. Totally not normal in terms of what we would get at our house. I think my brother got about 4 total trick or treaters ;).

Gorgeous Halloween photos! Anna made an adorable monkey and Simon was a very handsome Harry. Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year.

Thanks for sharing the Halloween pics. Funny thing, I was just wondering, over the weekend, about Simon and Anna's Halloween. My son, Jacob, was Harry when he was Simon's age. How cute!

The pic of Simon with the wand....he looks just like Harry....too cute. Your baby girl looks so precious in her monkey costume. I personally think those animal costumes are the best for babies, they make them look even cuter than they already are.

C-u-u-u-te pics! Anna is an adorable monkey and appropriately intersted in another monkey's goodies! :>:> And Simon makes a perfect Harry Potter! Has he read the Harry Potter books? I think our boys are the same ages (with similar challenges) and I've wondered about the HP books. I have not read them yet.
It looks like you all had a great time for Halloween! I used to live in Tacoma......almost thirty years ago (yikes!), and Eugene before that. The Northwest really is such a wonderful locale. :>
