aliedwards.com Video Tour

aliedwards.com site overview from Ali Edwards on Vimeo.

One of the things on my to do list was to create a video that walks you through the features on this new site.

Change can be challenging and I wanted to say thanks to everyone for sticking around through the updates. I hope this video will show you a spot or two you haven't seen yet and encourage you to check out a couple areas you might have missed. And as always I appreciate your comments, feedback and support!

I'll also be adding this video to the Welcome Page.

Hi there! After a VERY LONG hiatus from scrapbooking (and crafting in general), I decided to get back to creating since it's what makes me feel good. I looked you up to see what you were up to, and I was thrilled to find a beautiful website filled with gorgeous photos and great ideas! I haven't watched the video yet (I will, I promise), but I want to say thank you for all the inspiration, support and joy that you give and share with so many every day. Most of all, thank you for supporting and encouraging imperfection...I'm still working on that one.

    All the best to you,

    Jennifer

I admit my face lit up at the words "video tour" because I thought it would be of your new creative space. I'm sure your to do list is mega-long, but is that one on there too?

It's on there but fairly far down the list - need to be here awhile to get a feeling for what works and what doesn't in this space.

Thanks for the tour. I've loved your last two videos, it's always fun to 'hear' the people you read about.

I love your new blog/site, secretly I was a little skeptical at first (not a fan of change) but everything is still here and really it is much easier to find what you are looking for. And I do like the blog/projects separation. I didn't realise there was so much in your 'About Ali' section, so I'll check that out a little more.

Your video tour was very helpful. I breathed a sigh of relief discovering all your content from the previous blog was still here.
The layout and organization of this blog is very 'smart'.
    Love it!
    BTW-
Thanks for sharing your creativity with everyone. Inspiring.

WOW Ali do you ever sleep? Seriously your new website is great. Easy to navigate and informative as always.

I have noticed when clicking on some links that the links are not available. Do you want to know what these are or are you aware and working on them? Just thought I would help out by letting you know if you want.

You are such an inspiration. Thanks for putting yourself out there for the less creative of us.

    Regards

    Paula

I love the graphic look of your website. And I really learned a lot of new things about what is on your website too.

I am really impressed with all the kind of information that you share so freely with us. I mean....: you could start asking money for providing such a wonderful website and for sharing your talents so freely with us! Thanks Ali!

Thank you for the video Ali it helped me find some things I didn't know. I love the new look and read your blog daily and find it inspiring. My MOST FAVORITE PART is that you seperated your scrapbooking from your everyday pictures. It makes it much easier to find past posts that I want to reread. I also love seeing all the pictures of the kids that are always there too. Thank you so much for all you do.

By the way is Simon's room ready for a room tour yet. I really loved Anna's and can't wait to see Simon's?? Thanks

I totally needed this. I'll admit that when you first changed over from your blog to this, I felt a little overwhelmed but this helped and I've been getting more used to it and love it now! I'm excited to click through all the things you just told us about in the video.

I,ve been following your blog for the last couple of years. The new set up was a little confusing at first but, after I clicked through it a few times it's pretty easy. And a lot less cluttered. I have found your blog to be a great inspiration.

Thanks for posting the tour video of your site! I wish more sites would do this. Is there anywhere that just the video tutorials are listed? Or is there even just a list of your tutorial topics that we could access to access a specific post? Specifically I remember a tutorial you did on sewing pages protectors. I'm not sure how to find it.

    Thanks - Kendra
