This weekend, I went to my son's house to see my grandson and have quality time with him. He's 9 months old and beginning to creep. He's so excited about it.

Shopped with my 16 year old daughter for a Homecoming dress. Fun because it was with her. Fun because I can honestly say that I really liked 98% of the bazillion dresses we looked at. Reassuring because when I said "too short - too tight" she was in total agreement. She knows herself well and isn't about to sell herself short. Fun because when we found the dress - she knew it. Knew it while it was still on the hanger. Knew it when she put it on and expressed her total delight with her face and her smile and her twirling. Fun indeed.

Unique book. Love it. Spent the weekend having a garage sale, doing a small Halloween project, and following a friend's 2 year old around trying to snap photos. It was hard as he doesn't stop moving. They came out good, especialy the ones of him "swimming" in the pile of leaves and throwing them (on my head too).

What a fun kit! So...this Saturday we worked a booth at the town fall festival (handing out balloons and tshirts to festival-goers) and today my hubby and I played in our flag football game (our team won!) and then my husband watched football with my son (he's one) while I went scrapbooking at a friend's house! It was a great weekend!

I took my two youngest (dd13 & ds15) to Boulder (we are about an hour north) for a fun day of walking Pearl Street and looking at all the cool stores and enjoying each other's company. It was a beautiful warm Colorado autumn day and such fun to have a day to hang out with my kids!

My fun weekend included helping my 86-year-old daddy have a garage sale; LONG walks with a stop at Starbucks with my neighbors; craft store shopping; and a lacrosse tournament with my youngest daughter. Life is a blessing; celebrate it!

Beautiful album kit... would love one!! This weekend was full of HOMECOMING activity.... at the K3-12th grade school where I work (and my husband I both graduated from, and now my daughter attends), we had Homecoming week, culminating with a big Homecoming football game & coronation of the queen and court. Fun to see lots of alumni return. We also spent Saturday at our college alma mater for their Homecoming (Univ. of FL) with our daughter and a little friend... they had sooo much fun!! We ended with our usual Krispy Kreme doughnuts - HOT DONUTS NOW!! It is also "true" fall weather for FL - just beautiful!!

Spending the weekend with my husband working to get his mom's home ready to sell (lots of painting and cleaning)--not necessarily fun, but spending the time with him doing it makes it delightful!! I love the Christmas journal by Evalicious. Hope your weekend is a memorable one!

I had a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday with everyone I love. The most fun I had was staying up late with good laughs, looking through old photos with my sister, mom, aunt, and Grandma till 2am, just for fun! :)
