I Usually have a Mother's Day Brunch for my mother, sister and some of my aunts/cousins and it's the time spent together. My mother loves tulips and chocolate fudge and I try and get her the newest book by her favorite author.
Have a nice weekend and thank you for the chance.

It used to be breakfast in bed, but now that my boys have flown the coop, I'll settle for a phone call.

I love when my kids make me cards using my own scrapbook supplies. I also love it when they give me the simple pleasrues in life, like a box of redvines or bring me Starbucks.
For my own mom, I like to give her photos of the kids and flowers. She loves flowers, but never buys them for herself, so I know she really appreciates it.

The one thing I like to receive on Mother's Day is a card. My son isn't quite 2 but if DH makes an effort to help him write in it then it makes it all the more special.

I'm not a Mom...but I used to love to give handmade stuff to my Mom on Mother's Day. I think it's priceless when little kids make macaroni necklaces and handmade cards. :)

I like to have the day "off". No cleaning or meal-making! My guys usually sneak down to my craft area and whip up some cards for me, which I love. And a bouquet of fresh flowers is always wonderful!

My favorite thing to give and receive for Mother's Day is flowers. Near Mother's day is when spring finally arrives here in Michigan, so flowers, especially for outdoors is a very welcome sight and gift. Thanks for the chance to win such great giveaways!
