Life Is Good | Scrapbook Layout

Tags:

Today I'm sharing a recent layout I did for Nichol Magourik's free Scrapbook Stamping class at Two Peas In A Bucket. The topic for July is using stamps to create backgrounds for layouts.

Here's a look at the full page:

An easy technique to draw a bit of attention to one of the stamped phrases is to change the color of the ink. Super simple and a cool way to use some of those text stamps you might have in your stash. I used the Life Is Good stamp from my Ordinary Days stamp set (Two Peas | Scrapbook.com) to create the repeated text pattern. The "wonderfully ordinary average day" stamp is also included in that set.

JOURNALING | Dear Sweet Anna Girl - today I want to celebrate you and all the awesomeness that you are. The little moments have always been my favorite and it's no different when I look at you. Seeing you enjoy life...seeing you navigate being two...seeing you grow and talk and and sing and draw and swim and play - all things I love so very much. Life is good with you baby girl. You are happy and silly and we love you so very much. Right now I'm really looking forward to summer with you. So much love to you Anna....love Mom.
