Here's two of the three sets of stamps that I'll be giving away:

Also, Hero Arts will also be giving away five prize packs that include brand new 2012 Catalog stamps. The five winners will be randomly chosen from ALL of the blog hop comments received by midnight PST on Monday, December 12, and will be announced on the Hero Arts blog shortly thereafter.

All the new stamps will be available on December 10th. Check out HeroArts.com for a store near you.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME HERE, WELCOME! Normally a process post like this would happen over on my Projects blog but since this one includes a giveaway it's happening here (and there's lots of December Daily goodness happening over there). If you'd like to learn more about my site check out my Welcome or About Ali pages.

Here's a look at a stamp I love from the new catalog and the one I'm using in my layout today:

Hello zig zag!

I decided to do a page that highlights some of the things I love about Anna right now.

Here's a look at my process:

I used the new Hero Arts Zig Zag stamp to create a pattern on my white cardstock with Jenni Bowlin Chewing Gum and Malted Milk inks. I didn't stress about making it perfect because I knew I would be adding content on top.

I started by adding a sticker border (Sassafras for Studio Calico) along the bottom - popping it up with foam dots.

I knew I wanted the title to read "Things I love" and I hoped it would fit in that space. Chipboard letters are American Crafts Goodness by Amy Tangerine.

Photo is 4x6 and was printed with a white border.

And yes, another one of those wood flags is popping up here. I love those things.

"Beautiful" is from a set of GCD Studios Melody Ross Soul Food Collection Chipboard Stickers.

For the journaling I used one of my Awakening 4x6 overlays. I opened it in Photoshop, added my text and printed on cardstock.

Along the bottom of the overlay I added a bit of washi tape (I think that came in a Studio Calico kit), her initials in those great little Lily Bee alphabet letter stickers, and an old metal arrow (I think from 7gypsies). Love those arrows. Someone should make those again.

Superb new stamps. Love your LO. My tradition is to decorate the tree with my girls listening to the Christmas carols and then bake some cookies and make Christmas cards:)

I love so many things about Christmas. One of my traditions is baking cookies. I bake about 10-15 kinds to share with friends and family.

My favorite Christmas tradition is the youngest member of the family hands out gifts on Christmas morning one at a time starting with the oldest. We watch each other open the gift and really get to enjoy the moment before moving on.

How fun with that stamped background! Just curious, does this layout go in Anna's book, or your Project Life album?

Oh and my favorite holiday tradition was when I was a kid. On Christmas Eve, my cousins and I had to sing a Christmas song before we could open our presents. We had a lot of fun with it and put on little shows. :)

My favorite holiday tradition actually starts on my birthday, December 2. I like to get our tree and put up our tree on my birthday. Then by the next day it's ready to decorate and I get our my Time Life Christmas CD's to listen to my first does of holiday music and get to decorating the tree and house. Lately it hasn't been working like I would hope but we'll get back to it soon I'm sure. Thanks for the opportunity!

There are so many wonderful holiday traditions that it's hard to name my favorite. Most recently I spent an afternoon with my best friend making our christmas cards - a favorite tradition for both of us for many years now.

I really like your use of the background stamp. I've never thought to use one on this large of a scale.
