Your blog inspires me. I love to write and do crafts, but don’t know how to design pages, add text in a beautiful way, etc. I have lots of old vintage laces, fabrics, embroidery floss, photos, buttons, etc.that my mother left me when she passed away and I want to honot her memory by using them in my card making and scrapbooking.
Lorie, have you looked into mixed media work? Since you’ve got some bulky stuff, the idea of more 3D work came to mind. Somerset Studio and Cloth, Paper, Scissors have magazines and websites that inspire me — plus they provide techniques and instructions.
