Digital Project Releases | 04.14.12

Two new products are available from me this weekend - just in time for Week In The Life 2012 (April 23-29th).

Don't forget that new products are always 20% off for until 6am on Tuesday morning.

First up is the 8.5x11 Week In The Life Layered Template Set Vol.4. I've got a post in the works for Monday where I'll share my design plan for this year's album. These templates here will be the foundation for my album (printed and placed in page protectors), with another page inserted into the middle.

These template packages include 15 layered templates: 7 designed for an enlarged photo with a day of the week banner, 7 designed to showcase more images for the day and room for text, and one title page. Here's a look at the 7 templates for the additional images + story:

Those seven are essentially the same basic design in the 12x12 version.

12x12 Week In The Life Layered Template Set Vol. 4.

In addition, Designer Digitals is having a Paper Pack & Template sale this week - 30% off through Saturday, April 21st at 6am Eastern. ***Please note that the new templates released this weekend will be 20% off through-out this next week.

Check out all my templates here and paper packs here.

Hope you have a great weekend!

I am interested in purchasing all your week in the life templates - my question is can I change the dates, month, year, etc?

Hi Laura - these two sets (either the 12x12 or the 8.5x11) have editable text layers - you can change the date, month, etc.

Hey Ali - will you be providing digital files of the banners, etc, for hybrid layouts?

Great question - I think I can do that as flattened files.

Thank you for answering my question about the current sets - what about the first three - I am interested in buying them all - but only if they are editable.

Thanks for clarifying - this one has the days of the week but no "dates" are set: http://www.designerdigitals.com/digital-scrapbooking/supplies/product_info.php/products_id/5449.

This one has dated tabs that are set (originally for 2010 but I created new ones for 2011 and will for 2012): http://www.designerdigitals.com/digital-scrapbooking/supplies/product_info.php/products_id/9600 (that links to the 8.5x11 but there is also a 12x12).

And the one I used last year has date layers that can be edited: http://www.designerdigitals.com/digital-scrapbooking/supplies/product_info.php/products_id/9600 (that links to the 8.5x11 but there is a 12x12 available as well).

Ali, will you still be using the baseball card insert this year? Wondering because I didn't see a template for those. I love this project and this will be my third or fourth year. Thanks

Thanks for asking - I'm going to use them in a bit of a different way this year (post will be on Monday). I figured that the digital set from last year would still work just fine for those: http://www.designerdigitals.com/digital-scrapbooking/supplies/product_info.php/products_id/12403 (12x12) or http://www.designerdigitals.com/digital-scrapbooking/supplies/product_info.php/products_id/12404 (8.5x11).

Thanks for coming up with these again Ali, they look great. I'm actually thinking of ordering a little book from Walgreens or adding a baseball protector into my PL and doing it that way. Excited to see what your plans are on Monday!!

    Enjoy the weekend!

Ali - Which one will you be using? The 12x12 format or the 8.5x11?

8.5x11 - that's what I've done the last few years.

Decisions, decisions, LOL. I "think" I've decided to go with the 8.5 x 11 size, but I can't decide which templates, the new ones or last years, to go with. Will the new ones still be on sale after today, or do I need to hurry up and decide so I can still get them at the sale price? If I understand right, they are on sale next week, too? I love the photo of you and your son in the 12 x 12 preview, it makes me smile every time I look at it! Can't wait to see your design plan tomorrow!

OMG! What timing!I caught my husband cheating, put all my stuff in storage (in California), and am in the guest room of my sister's house (in Denver) wondering what to do with my life! I have been here 4 days and decided next week I would rebuild ME, starting with new hair, new wardrobe etc since for the last ten years I seem to have neglected myself. Wouldn't this make an incredible Week in the life? My new beginning. Funny too, earlier today I was wearing my red "Week in The Life" shirt from the class I took with you at CKU years ago. So funny, all these coincidences. Then I pop on your blog today and see it is that time again, and this year, it feels like the right time to document again. Thanks Ali. I miss ME. I told my sister I feel like everything I love in in a storage unit. This project will help me feel like I am still able to do some of what I love. I did bring my camera and computer!! Love ya Ali! ;) Thanks for making me smile! This will help me focus on positive things around me.
