Digital Product Releases | 05.05.2011
I've got three new products at Designer Digitals this weekend. In celebration of National Scrapbook Day all products are 15% off through Saturday night at midnight PST. You can check out all my products here.
First up this weekend as seen above: Circles of Life.
Here's a look at how I've been playing with both the Title Circles and the Circles Of Life with the Silhouette:
And from last weekend:
Hello Life Text Overlays. These are awesome for printing on vellum at home. These are what I used in my Week In The Life album (I'll show more about that next week) but here's a look:
Yes, Oh Yes Layered Template. This one is based on this paper layout:
Don't forget about my self-paced workshop sale this weekend only - get the details here.
Have a great weekend!
Hi Ali, love all your new digi brushes, but l dont do digi, was wondering if any of the new sets are going to be availble as normal stamp sets , either in your club or just to buy, l love the Title circles, the awesome tabs and Circles of life, that would be so awesome with my Project life
Thank you for the links! I think I searched to narrowly the first time I looked there. And this time, I not only found the ones you linked to but I found a few others I liked too - travel memory and photo overlays - very nice!
Can I request a stamp set be converted to digital? :) I keep checking back to Technique Tuesday for you Observant Traveler stamp set. I'd love to see something like that available in either stamp or digital format!
I love the awesome tabs by the way! I am off to buy those! Thank you.
Hi Kate - yes - it might be awhile but most likely you'll see these again.

Thanks Ali! Love your brushes. Can't wait to use those circles!!! How do you use them with the Cameo?
Photoshop was not giving me love yesterday when I tried the "knockout"..., but thanks for the inspiration!
Have a great week end.
Hi Myriam - here's a tutorial on using PNG files with the Silhouette:http://aliedwards.com/2011/12/december-daily-2011-day-three.html (there's a bit of commentary under the video too - make sure to read that)

Love your brushes. Can I ask if you have a tutorial on using brushes? I tried looking for a tutorial at your website but somehow can't locate them. I'm not a digi scrapper but would like to incorporate brushes and stamps to my photos before printing them out.
For now, I'll just work them with my silhouette.
Hi Jeannie, Here is one of the video tutorials that Ali did on using digital brushes in photoshop elements. I hope this helps you. Kathy A.

Hi Jeannie - I've got a whole series on the basics of working with digital products/ digital scrapbooking here: http://aliedwards.com/2010/01/getting-started-digital-scrapbooking.html. So much of what I do is just adding png files onto photos :).

I love how you did the circles with the text. Knowing you, I bet you'll create a stamp that looks like this. (Hint, hint).

Hi Ali, is there a way that I can buy these cool brushes. I live in the Netherlands I can only pay with PAYPAL and that is not a option at Designer Digitals.
Unfortunately they are not accepting paypal anymore :(.

Love these, not a digi person, can the ones you use for the Silhoutte be cut by hand Ali
I will keep a look out for the stamps too
I'm sure you could/it's possible Madeline - print and then cut them out by hand.

glad to hear that you will print the overlays on vellum, trying to find transparencies is getting hard.

Ali, any chance that when you make digi stuff that you spell favourite with a 'u' as well? Then customers could just delete the one that they don't want. I would love to buy several of your sets but I don't because of the spelling differences.
Thanks either way (for all you do)
Allie
