    Ali hi,
I think 'Saying yes to....' would be a great addition to your favourite (or US favorite!) journalling prompts.

    So positive!
    Thanks
    Jane

awesome! I knew things would start looking up for you with your positive attitude.

I say yes to a lot more things I used to say no to...

Saying yes to less of a schedule & more spontaneity...
Saying yes to a beer in the middle of the week...
Saying yes to not always knowing where the next few years will lead & just doing one day at a time...
Saying yes to reaching for those dreams I've told myself I cannot reach...

I'm playing catch up on your blog! First, I LOVE The Head and the Heart- they're a great up and coming PNW band. Second, I feel like a huge part of my life these past couple of months and in the coming months is 'saying yes.' It's almost vital to my happiness and success as a volunteer in Morocco. I've found that saying yes enthusiastically and often has led me to things, relationships, and experiences that are absolutely incredible.

I'm telling myself yes that I don't have to say yes to every committee at my son's school, that it's okay for me not to agree with everyone, and that darn it, yes, I matter.
