Does the picture mate work with Bluetooth in your iPhone?

I believe there is an optional bluetooth adapter - I haven't used it that way (I have it connected to my computer).

Hmmm. Interesting note about the picture mate. My biggest challenge this year with Project life is that I shoot a lot of Hipstamatic pics so they come out square. Does the picture mate print square format too? or would I have to paste into a 4x6 document and then cut? If so, is it easy? I'm looking for better options for 2013 so I don't fall so far behind.

The description says you can do custom photo sizes up to 4x6 - I haven't played with that as I really just use it to print full 4x6 photos.

Oh my! Makes my list longer by the minute! You really need to add some of your digital elements to your gift ideas! I have already shown my husband my wish list from Designer Digitals. I feel like a kid again! :)

Awesome list, Ali! Some of these will definitely find their way onto my Christmas list. I have a question regarding the Epson Picturemate...do you find you use less ink printing your 4x6 prints from that printer vs your Epson R2000?

What a great list! We've heard of Oprah's favorite things - this is Ali's favorite things! Very interested in the Instant Cameras. QUESTION: Which film did you prefer? Is there a wait time on drying for either? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Janet - I use the Instax film that is specific to that camera (the mini 50). No special drying time for it. I haven't tried the other one yet - it's on my personal list to get this year :).

Thanks for the list Ali. I know a few folks who will be happy to see some of these under their Christmans tree this year - LOL!

Awesome list! I was just looking into a 4x6 printer for project life.I do have a couple of questions... Does this one print a true 4X6? Do you use the glossy or matte paper and if you have used both which do you prefer? Thanks for all the great ideas!

True 4x6 (love it) and I use Epson glossy 4x6 paper.

Great post! I'm excited to try some of these! The memory game is my favorite-- such a fun family gift. Have you heard of Bumblejax? They're similar to Canvaspop but they mount photos on gator board, acrylic, aluminum and bamboo. They're a bit pricey, but really high quality. You should check'em out for your next project: http://www.bumblejax.com/

As a surprise for me, my husband printed one of his Instagram photos on canvas with Canvas Pop. It turned out beautifully! I would highly recommend it.
