Project Life 2013 | Week Nineteen

Welcome to Project Life 2013 | Week Nineteen (May 6-12).

Each photo this week includes one of my Messy Daily Lines brushes. I love these weeks when I can take something and apply it to all the days - sometimes that appears on all the journal cards and sometimes on the photos.

A little love note to Anna and Simon using a journal card from my Everyday Love journal card set. I need to remember this as such a simple and easy way to add meaningful content (whether I'm working in the moment or looking back at a few weeks ago).

Tim Holtz Word stickers + little yellow stars. My love affair with stars continues. These stars were included in a past Studio Calico kit.

Here's a closer look at those Messy Daily Lines brushes. I added them directly to each photo in Photoshop before printing - some along the top and some along the bottom.

Embracing those great everyday photos.

The second page of the spread includes the back of a see-through card from Week Twenty and a note and confetti from a friend.

Gosh, and to think l was going to give those SC stars to my 5 year old because l couldn't figure out a way to use them without looking too cutesy ! Love the use of the stars, and the simple black and white word stickers - might have to try that on this weeks layout.
As always Ali - big thank you for sharing your amazing work.

great looking pages, i'm currently behind in my pl, but working on it everyday. >"<

i have recently bought some of your digi files from digital designer to use with my cameo, but was wondering if these files, your "messy daily line brushes" would work in picasa? i don't own photoshop but use picasa daily for my photos.

thanks for all your cameo tutorials, you have helped me many times!!

    happy weekend!

    Hi Ali,

I've been thinking about getting one of those "mini" printers and I clicked on the link you provided to read about the features and there are samples of the sizes you can print and I was wondering if you are still editing the sizes of your pics to print them or you choose the options that the printer offer? For the photo paper, is it really water resistant? I like CVS photo paper because it has the same features as the paper for this printer, but the only thing i don't like printing at CVS is because the pictures are zoomed out no matter what I do and I've been trying to create the bleed in photoshop but get frustrated, even if I watch a tutorial. Let me know your thoughts/comments about this mini printer. Thanks.

I'm using the Epson Picturemate Show and I use it every few days and love it - I would totally get it again. I pretty much just print 4x6 (and sometimes 2, 3x4 on a 4x6). I don't know if it's water resistant - not sure about that. I open all my photos in Photoshop first before printing via this printer (just a part of my process).

Those Tim Holtz word stickers are totally in my stash right now and these are some great ideas for using them. Will be doing this in my Project Life spread for this week. Thanks.
