Digital Product Releases | 11.30.13 | December Daily™ Layered Templates In 4x6 and 6x8
I've got two new sets of layered templates available at Designer Digitals this weekend - just in time for December Daily™.
Each set includes 12 layered templates. These are layered files which means you can place photos or pattern paper behind the word art. Check out a video tutorial here.
Above is the first preview image for the 4x6 set. These would be great for December Daily or for including in Project Life. I'll be mixing both the 4x6 and the 6x8 into my album this season.
Here's the second preview image which shows the rest of the designs:
And here's a set of similar designs in the 6x8 size (all of the designs shown below are included in the one package):

Ali,
I purchased these along with your overlays (both the 6x8 and 4x6) however I'm having trouble with the "Mulitcolor" PNG files. I can't layer in a photo. (Sorry if I'm not using the correct term.) I use Photoshop Elements and have no difficulties with the "BlackWhite" version (I can add a photo) but I am not able to do the same with the multicolor. Can you help?
Thanks!
Hi Jennifer - the multi-colored ones are not meant to be overlays (they are flattened with white background) vs. the black & white which are transparent and can be totally recolored.
Hi Jennifer - you can change the color of the black and white overlay by going to Edit/Fill and choosing the color you want. You can read more about that here: http://aliedwards.com/2010/01/scrapbooking-with-your-computer-opening-recoloring-adding-to-a-photo-loading-brushes.html
Again, thank you! I knew there had to be an easier way than using the paint bucket tool!!!
Thanks Ali for the response - I understand. Is there any quick way to change the black dots on the border to white? I'm trying to get a bit ahead of the game and setting up my templates. Thanks again!!

Oh my goodness I just bought a bunch of DD journal cards and overlays the other week. How did I miss and forget about layered templates?!

My first time doing DD and I bought the 2013 12x12 overlays bc I wanted to use my digital project life templates with it bc I like that layout style...however the bottom right where the date is marked keeps getting in my way of my bottom right picutre...especially those double lines that run across the bottom...any ideas on how I can work around that? Thanks!
