go
Here's my one little word challenge page for this week.
Updated with info: this is an oversized album that I am going to be using for the one little word challenges. I took raw and colored chipboard and adhered it directly onto the brown background and then painted right over the top. The one cursive "go" was created with diamond glaze (using it as if it was a pen) - I let that dry and then painted over the top (at the same time as I painted over the rest of the chipboard).
The white pen is from Sharpie - it is called a poster paint marker. It works like a charm on paint, cardstock, and especially on photos.
You are so talented girl! I love your "Go" Layout!

I have a feeling you completed Kal's challenge of not using photos, I love the way she made the words on her album the same color also, it is really cool how you used the blue instead of black, it give the creation such a different feeling... I am attemping to do this right now>>>

I LOVE this layout and the whole GO concept - and your sharing your ideas which are always so inspiring - thank you... so now - feel like this is an "old" question - but what kind of paint do you use to cover the chipboard? and any special glue to make sure it sticks good?

I love your take on the challenge! The chipboard letters and numbers look really cool. Here's my layout - I'll do the Flickr thing at a later stage, my internet connection is giving a bit of problems today.

Ali-
This is such a cool layout! At first examination of the picture it looks like you dry embossed all of the numbers and gos. But what a neat trick to use the chipboard, diamond glaze(awesome!) and paint over it all. So cool!
Thanks for the Sharpie paint pen tip too! I didn't realize they were acid free!
