Happy Halloween.

Pumpkins

Have a safe, fun night.

It remains to be seen whether we will have Diego, Tigger, Buzz Lightyear, or a vampire on our hands tonight.

Just got done trick-or-treating with a princess, a ballerina and a lion, and our porch is still lit up by our pumpkin glow. And now that the sugar-crashed kids are sleeping, I get to snuggle up under a blanket and read my new book that came in the mail today. It's called "Life Artist." You may have heard of it. :)

    Hi Ali,
great photo, we don't really celebrate Halloween in Australia as much as the USA, however Im into every type of holiday, and I just love the amount of decorations and stuff you guys have (Thank god for Ebay) So we decorated our porch with lots of lanterns, spider webs, skeletons etc-we were the only house in our street-and neighbourhood children came from all over to our house-I gave out 65 bags of candy-last year it was 5! So I guess Halloween is picking up in Australia!

This has nothing to do with halloween, but just wanted to let you know that I finally found your book yesterday and I stayed up ALL night reading throught it, I think I fell asleep around 6:30 this morning for about a half an hour nap before my husband left for work. I love it, this one is just as good or better than the others. Love your style, your inspiration. Thanks so much for all you share with all of us. Hope you had great fun trick-or-treating with Simon last night.

Ali McDougal wow! Ok I guess it is Edwards now. Matt Mikulin just called me and said, "Hey guess who we know who is the Martha Stewart of scrapbooking?" This is crazy, remember me? Theta Chi, Scott and Matt's friend? Anyway this is really cool to see and hear about what is going on in your life. Check out our blog at LJ Urban. www.ljurban.com I won't bore all of your readers with my personal "catch up with Ali comment" but go ahead and email me if you have the time. Cute kiddos.

Happy Halloween to you and family. Halloween isn't a big thing her in Australia but my kids did dress up and go out for 1/2 hour. And of course I got a photo or two.

Hope your Halloween was happy. Can't wait to find out what Simon decided on his costume. Our dog Jake dressed as a large skunk (he is a Bernese Mountain dog, we affectionately call him "skunk face" since he has the stripe on his face) He loves to greet the trick or treaters. We lit candles and carved the pumpkin too. I even advertised the to the neighbors we would be home and giving out candy. We got only one. Guess I have to do a better marketing job next year. I have no kids so my husband is stuck having to eat the candy....poor guy. Guess I will fall on the sword and help out. :)
    Happy November to everyone...
