I'm inspired by the weather... we are finally getting warmer days in Wisconsin and the smell of spring is in the air!

Flickr has been inspiring me lately. I just posted several random pictures on my blog last night. www.superbrowns.blogspot.com Lots of great photography out there with wonderful color combinations for scrapbooking.

I can't believe I'm the first post?!?!?! WOW!!! What's inspring me lately? That spring is near, and that a certain dream of mine is on the brink of possibility and becoming real!!!!!!!!!

I've been inspired by Lain Ehmann's LOAD class. Creating a page a day for the month of February...talk about motivating!

my 8 year old daughter is inspires me. her passion for life and inhibition when it comes to her art. she *lives* in the moment. every moment.

KNITTING!! I learned last Sunday and I have become completely obsessed with it! lol I have knit a hat, and two scarves in a week and I'm going through withdrawl waiting to get the next projects in the mail that I ordered online!!

I have been inspired by all of the creative ways that little birds an owls are being used on paper, embellies, stamps, etc. They are SO cute!

I've been inspired by Lain Ehmann's LOAD - a challenge to creat a layout a day for the month of February, now that was motivating. Now that I got the ball rolling again, I'm finding inspiration everywhere(except outside....still freezing cold and snowy)!

My design students inspire me constantly. I am always in admiration of their thirst and appetite for creativity and this makes me feel enthused and energetic about teaching them!

A good quote is almost always my best inspiration. Or a hymn that our choir is learning that has particularly wonderful lyrics. I am often moved to scrap a layout around a quote!

I am craving bright colors lately! Pinks, purples, greens. I think that just the fact that Spring is so close is inspiring!

I am totally inspired by my kid's clean rooms and memorized scriptures. No one begged and pleaded, it just happened. It's inspiring to see all that we have worked to instill in them come to fruition.

Probably what inspires me most these days - not only the change of the season, but also some changes in my life. I'm planning our wedding, rejoicing for a better job proposal. It seems, that everything is so wonderful. It gives me strenght and makes happy.

Recently, I have been in a bit of a creative rut. I have only been doing projects that I have to do (like cards for birthdays, invitations, etc.) and I am missing the creative process. I have, however, been recently inspired by my 7 year old daughter who has decided (finally) that she wants to scrap! She has had a box of her own papers, stickers, etc for ages but only recently decided that she wanted to start working with them. And she wants me to help, but not do it for her. I am so happy. And I think this is what I needed to get going again!

my 10 yo son is inspiring me! the fourth grade safety patrols in our county are going to washington dc as a reward for good behavior and good grades, in june. we've been doing fund raisers and saving money like crazy to pay his way. HE has been saving, picking up coins on the ground, and doing extra jobs to earn his spending money. he's save over $100!! his frugal spending ("i really don't need that mom, i'll just save my money") is an inspiration for me to be just like him in these trying economic times!

my children....inspire me everyday....sometimes it's just to inspire me to keep putting one foot in front of another...
