OWH is a great organization. I just started making cards for them using my excess scrapbooking supplies. It's a great way to serve our troops who so selflessly serve us!

My two cents ... don't sign up for the class ... unless you want to be totally inspired, want to redirect your creative energy to telling the story behind the pictures or you want to cry your eyes out watching the amazing first three minutes of the video presentation...okay you get it don't you... We are making care packages for three soldiers. We are including blank cards, and also handmade cards thanking them, and telling them a little about us. This is a great charity (and I also might have a few supplies lying around)!

Ali, you are my scrapbooking "muse". I love your style and your journaling always inspires me to think about my own family and special everyday moments. I am so upset I can't take your class. It is just not a good time for me right now. I HOPE you will run it again. If it were another time, I would jump at the chance to continue to be inspired by your work.

So wish I had the time to take this class with you... unfortunately, I am in a doctoral program that is very intense and in my quest for some sort of balance in my life I have promised myself not to bite off anymore commitments until I'm done (next Spring!). I hope this class is offered again in the future, so I can take part!
