And there she goes...again

And There She Goes Again from Ali Edwards on Vimeo.

It's good times around here. Yes, indeed.

Can you guess one of my most favorite parts in this video?

She is almost 11 months old and getting closer and closer each day to that next big milestone. She is the happiest, most joy-filled, bright-eyed little girl. And so, so funny. She loves to eat and makes constant mmmmmmmmm noises bite after bite. She's especially interested in anything anyone else is eating and gets a little indignant when we deny her repeated requests to share. She's really a fearless eater (and yes, it's likely I am just a tad more sensitive to the whole food issue because of a certain almost-eight-year-old who also lives under this very same roof) and I love that about her.

Watching her personality emerge has been really good entertainment. The kind that warms your heart and makes you remember all that is good and wonderful in the world. We laugh and giggle and support and blow spit bubbles and redirect and snuggle and pinch cheeks and say "watch this" over and over again.

I am thinking about fulfilled or fulfillment. Not sure which tense/form to use. Though I am still not sure if I will choose a word, but if I did, that is the one that is mulling around in my mind.

The video is priceless. I appreciate you sharing it with us. My word is Optimism. My concentration will be ME, but an Optimistic Me. Maybe that is why I continue to be single-I must be optimistic and believe in my optimism. Im optimistic that one day in one year I will be one of your delightful winners. Happy New Year.

So sweet, that Anna! Thanks for sharing!
My word is JOY. Life has been rough lately, but I also am so blessed. I need to remember the JOY I have in my life already and try to spread JOY to others. Thanks for helping me find a focus in my overstuffed, full life...:-)

Love the video and both are so cute - Anna for the look of achivement on her face and Simon for his cheering and excitement at watching his sister achieve this milestone. My son (who is almost 4) wanted to watch it over and over - I think we made it to 5 times then it had to be the last time. I hope he has the same excitement when his little sister (who is a few months younger then Anna) begins walking.

I'm loving the way Simon reacted to her when he first saw her walking and the way he said let's cheer for Anna, so sweet don't you just love siblings.
I love to see what your family is up too and to see the milestones Anna's reaching as i have a 7 month old Son who's developing so quickly.
Happy New Year to You and Your Family,

My youngest is 29, so I thank you for posting this video. There's nothing so sweet as seeing those little feet make their way across the floor and hearing the excitement from her very proud big brother. Little Anna is such a treasure and it's a treat watching her grow before our eyes.

that's great, I love the little bow she took at the beginning after the first few steps.
I'm been thinking of what my WOTY would be... and , as it did the last 2 years, it came to me as I was typing a comment...it's COSMIC. Have no idea why, but there it is!

What a cool kid! Didn't she just learn to crawl? She's just three weeks younger than my niece Ari so I it's fun to compare how they've developed at the same time with some things and not at others. Glad that she's a good eater - my niece is the same way! Must it was in the stars when they were born? Lol...
