New Digital Product Releases | 04.23.11

Three new products released today.

First up, Card Sentiments. This set of classic simple sentiments would work great on cards (create your own 4x6 or other sized greeting cards or postcards) or added as word art to a layout or other project.

Thick Journal Lines. Includes lines sets created for 12x12, 8.5x11, 8x8, and 4x6 (both vertical and horizontal). These would be great for art journaling, on layouts, or in lots of other creative projects.

I showed how I used one of these in my Project Life album this past week. Here's a look at that again:

Here's another example from Designer Digitals Creative Team member tdavenport. I love how she used the lines not for journaling but for placing pattern papers.

You can click on the image to take you to Designer Digitals to get detailed information on the products used for this layout.

You Are Awesome. Ten brushes and stamps for celebrating someone in your life.

Hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend!

You know, I COULD make those journaling lines by hand (I'm not digi), but for $3 it's fun not to HAVE to!! :) I do wish (hint hint??) that there were a - what is it; 2.5x3"? - journaling card size for my Project Life. I have the cards that came with it, obviously, and an extra pack of the grids, but I'd love to see more fun design options for journaling cards. My stamps are packed away in storage - HORRORS!! I'm having withdrawls - so it's harder to customize my own.
Anyhoo.. just popping on here to wish you a HAPPY EASTER and 'can't wait to see your photos. I'm guessing you'll visit your parents on the coast and I hope that the weather cooperates and that Simon & Anna have some good outdoor time.
    BLESSINGS TO ALL!!

Hi Melissa - I should totally do that for the smaller size - not sure why I didn't think about it when I was making them. Thanks for the suggestion - I'll see what i can come up with.

Ali, I hope my question isn't moronic. With the thick journal lines, am I just printing that on to cardstock and cutting to fit the Project Life pocket size? How do we use these? Also, if I join the stamp club today,do I get back stamps? :))

Hi Iman - that's what I did with the 4x6 journal lines. You can use them for that or you could print them on the larger sizes of cardstock too. I'm planning a couple layouts using them printed on cardstock - hoping to tackle that this week. As for the Studio AE stamps - you don't get the back stamps when you join. You'd need to email them to see if they had any extras available - most are limited stock and once they are gone they are gone.
