Spending time with my family is the best mother's day gift ever. Sometimes we stay home and play games all day, sometimes its a planned adventure, whatever the day holds, I hope that it's always with my family!

I don't think I have a favorite gift (as far as the material things) but I love that look my 3 yr old son gets soo excited to give something even it is just a scrap of paper he scribbled on. The look on his face as he is giving it to me is what makes me happy!

I would love to win a spot in the Ella Workshop. My fave thing to give is thanks to all the women, not just my mom, who have loved and taken me under their wing.

We sort of have a tradition of visiting the arboretum. Its nice to spend a relaxing day outside together. Last year I received a necklace with both my daughter's names that I've worn every day since.

One year by daughter was my model for the day and we had a wonderful photo shoot. For the girl who hates this sort of thing, this was the best present ever! And I have some gorgeous photos to remember the day :)

I am sentimental so anything that has special meaning. Of course, I prefer hand made but I really love anything that I am given. A phone call to talk to loved ones is a joy!!!! This year I am working on an album of my parents and siblings to give my Mom for Mother's Day. I can't wait to see her reaction.

My favorite thing to receive is anything my daughters have made me (handmade cards, bouquet of weeds, etc). But, last year, I did receive the perfect necklace with my daughter's names on it. That was pretty amazing!
