Free Digital Word Art | Love In Action
I received a request a couple week's ago from a woman in Alabama who has been living through the recent tornado devastation. She's doing Project Life and wondered if I had any hand-drawn packages that included words related to disaster and devastation. I didn't.
I emailed her back and asked her if she had a list of words she'd like to see. This set is a compilation of her list and a couple I added. I loved that her list included both words of loss and hope.
I'm offering this set for free in the hopes that it will encourage more people to tell their own real life stories.
The timing of this kit is perfect, but for a different reason. My son's baptism is next weekend and we have selected Phillippians 4:13 as his life verse. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this, Ali. I am a distance ed student, but my graduate program is in Tuscaloosa, and it's been a difficult few weeks for everyone (everyone in my program is safe, but some lost their homes, and a number of the people in the greater campus community didn't make it).
So thank you. These will go to good use in my PL.

I agree with all the others -- this is wonderfully generous and so appropriate. Here in Alberta, we've just had a town struck by forest fire and the word that keeps coming up over and over is devastation! But the other words that are popping up are rebuild, volunteer, community, and this is what will get us through. You've captured these beautifully.

How kind of you, Ali. Thank you so much. My kids experienced their first real tornado drill yesterday at school, and I was at home with the same drill doing on. Really scary. We are all ok. Thanks for your attention to your readers and your heart for healing through scrapbooking.

wow...that is such a beautiful set of brushes. so meaningful. i am from alberta, canada and a town that is about 3 hours from where i love was devastated by a wildfire on sunday. 100's of people lost their home to the fire and about 1/3 of the town completely burned. there is no more town hall, library, car dealership, radio station, etc....it is BEYOND awful and looks like a war zone. The fire is still burning out of control. It is just so unreal how these things happen and then you see or come across something that is just so fitting for the situation. :)

Many thanks Ali. Sometimes recording the negative in our lives is as important as the upbeat and positive - finding titles for such layouts is now a little easier!

thank you so much. i just(yesterday) watched my 26 year old baby sister go through surgery for colon cancer. i have been so in awe of her strength and faith through this whole ordeal. i took a picture of her right after and planned to scrapbook my feelings. many of these words will be just right. i know this little thing you've done will help people in all sorts of trials tell their story...or someone elses.
