I am special because I am a good mom and I love the relationship I have with my 2 daughters because of it.

Eight years of cancer stuff behind me.

Always positive, hard working but also love to play, create and drive my motorbike - thats me!
Even though we had some tough times lately with my husband diagnosed with prostate cancer - but we conquered it together!
Now it's time to enjoy life again :-)

I am an active member in a world known "club", and I practice giving my speeches.

Thanks for opening up a 2nd post...I couldn't post to your original one. I am special because I no longer subscribe to being "perfect". I no longer care what others think and look at imperfection as perfect in its own right. Because of this, I am a happier person.

I enjoy hanging out at the Nurseing homes and helping them be creative. I make up kits with all my scraps and take them to the Nurseing homes to spend time with everyone. That's my giving back to the community. God Bless All Today it's a Great day with the Lord......

What's so speical about me you ask? My relationship with my mom. Even after I moved 3,000 miles away from her still call her almost every day. We even "Skrype" (that is our term for scrapooking while Skyping). We loved to scrapbook together and miss our weekly opportunities...now we still have them, but we use skype! Gotta love technology! Thanks for the awesome opportunity to win some fab prizes!

Hard to focus on why I'm special~ guess that's one of the things I'm told a lot is that I think of others first. When my 23 yr. old daughter asked me how old was I when I became so thoughtful of others first it made me feel special.

I am special because I teach middle school aged kids, many who have special needs. They are ALL welcome in my classroom.

I volunteer at a teen center in my neighborhood.It brings me joy to give my time. I do a craft project every qarter with them.

I've not been able to craft since the end of May. After an operation to revise a knee replacement I'm using a walker and not allowed to go up and down stairs. I never realized how much I need my crafting to help me feel good. I can't wait till I get the okay to do stairs.

Thanks for doing this. As for me being special: I have a hard time saying that because I never ever thought of me this way. But I am working hard on improving myself so I can be a better mom and wife, and I think that is special.

Hmmm something special about me...it would have to be my laughter. I have been told people know I am in the room even before they see me because they hear me laugh. If I bring a smile to someone's face just by laughing - well that's pretty special. Thanks for the fabulous giveaways, Ali!

This is a bit difficult as I am doing my best not to focus on how "special" I am. I want to look anew at the people I know and appreciate what is special about them, and to also have that same awareness when I meet someone new.

I am a good listener and available to hear without judgement.

Thanks so much Ali. I tried clicking on the 1st post but coudl'nt leave a comment there. I think the most exceptional thing about me is that I'm always learning. I hope to be learning in my 90s still. I'm only 63, but the last 5 years have been exceptional. I have learned different software programs, started scrapbooking, card making and die cutting. Love it that in my retiring years I can be productive. Thanks for the chance to win. Your sponsors have outdone themselves.

Hmmm...what's special or exceptional about ME??? Well, according to my 21-year-old daughter, it's my creativity & my willingness to show, to teach others who to do things - and I'd have to agree. I love to teach!!

Something special about me is that I'm a good friend. That is not something that should be special, a good friend should be very common.
