Week In The Life 2011 | Friday Words + Photos
NUMBER OF PHOTOS FOR FRIDAY | 98
Before this week began I'd intended to focus more on the words this year. As it unfolded I found that for me it was easy to rely on the Daily Sheets for basic documentation and I actually wrote less than I might have without the sheets. That said, it will be interesting to see what happens when I go through the process of bringing it all together next week. It might be that by having the basic documentation on the Daily Sheets I'll be prompted to tell more stories because I have more starting points.
Or maybe for this year the Daily Sheets will be enough.
Katie and the kids adventured to the coast today and she took a bunch of photos along the way. She's been awesome throughout this whole week writing things down and taking photos.

awww love these beach photos of the two of them. what a great and fun filled day they had. Katie is awesome with them and for taking these pictures to help tell the story of their week. Little Miss Anna is so sweet with her hair and dress, Simon is handsome as always. I love the necklace too.

Love you pictures. I can't believe I am still taking part in this, even though some days have been a little slower (with less pictures and less documenting) than others.
I was wondering, do you edit any of your pictures? Adding maybe a little extra color here & there?

I have to say I love the daily sheets you made this year. They have really helped me document things better and have everything in one place. In years past, I have had little notes everywhere. Thanks again for this project, Ali.

This is my first time doing WITL, but unfortunately this week didn't work for me. I am feeling a little sad that I'm not in on the excitement! I'm going to start in a couple weeks, and in the meantime, I am so much enjoying soaking it all in as you post it. I can't wait to start mine! And hopefully I don't feel too lonely while I'm doing it on my own!
