Project Life 2012 | Week Thirty-Nine

Welcome to Project Life 2012 | Week Thirty-Nine.

Lots of fun things happening on Becky's blog this week as Project Life celebrates 3 years. Check back tomorrow for a giveaway.

I thought about a doing a week all about Simon right now. I might do that in one of the coming weeks - do one week that highlights Simon, one that highlights Anna and one that highlights me.

As you can see I ended up mixing it up, but thought it would be fun to do sometime soon.

One insert that holds a drawing Anna did at school.

Here's an idea that I liked this week - if you have two photos from the same event next to each other you can essentially create "bookends" on the left and the right sides like I did below:

I used cut up 3x4 grid cards + washi tape (Freckled Fawn Yellow Airmail Washi Tape).

Hi! Absolutely love your style, I check your work every week. It looks so effortless! May I ask, have you decided already the kit you want to work with next year? Clementine or something else?

Thanks for the bookend tip. I quite often have a group of "event" photos together in a block. I'm pretty sure that only I can see that block!

Hi, I'm currently (along with a 2012 PL) doing a backdated PL album of 2008. I took a lot of photo's then, and find it easy to fill the album. Just keep on taking photo's even if you're not working on your PL.

I don't think that's silly at all - people start at all different points in the year. Sounds great!

I love your style. One question, what font do you use to 'caption' your photos?

Rosa -- I believe she uses Sentinel, which is a for-pay font, but Chunk Five (available from Font Squirrel) is very similar and free.

      Yep - that's correct, I use Sentinel.

Ali, love the pages -- the weekend rundown is great, and I really like the bookending idea. Curious what the source is for the HELLO sun on your tomato photo....
