December Daily™ 2012 | Day Ten
Hello Day Ten.
Not a lot to say today but wanted to include a photo from Anna playing in the morning before breakfast with all her little people.
"Hello December Day" was cut from a printed 3x4 card from the Christmas Story Journal Card set and placed inside the pockets I created yesterday.
I printed "let your heart be light" from my Christmas Line Stacks set onto vellum. The washi along the side is from My Mind's Eye and the stars are Jenni Bowlin.
I cut the strip of buttons from the 4x6 journal card I had made in advance as a foundation page.

Adorable picture. Thanks for reminding me that I can cut that strip from my foundation pages if I want to do something different.

Hello Ali,
I love your digital overlays, but I forgot how to use them. I have Photoshop Elements 11, and I'm totally stuck. Do you have a video tutorial on how to add your overlays to photos? Thank you! Wishing you a joyous Christmas.

I just love your album as I love all your work. I was looking for something to kick my butt and give me back my christmas spirit, your album did just that. Thank you!!!.

Love this. I just bought those cards, can't wait to print some for my DD and PL.
Question, I bought the overlays and am trying to use a .png file on a picture (like you did above). I know how to use them (thanks to you!), but it looks as if all the *png files are in black (top and bottom display). Can you direct me to a vimeo tutorial that shows us how to recolor the *png, i.e., white or grey. Thanks Ali for your continued inspiration.

I'm so thankful to see this one. I've been having a difficult time because we don't do a ton of Christmas stuff, and I'm an "everyday" sort of scrapbooker, so I tend to want to document just everyday stuff. It's been a bit of a struggle because it's isn't "Christmasy" or really about the holidays. Thank you for this post! :-)
