Project Life 2013 | Week Twenty-Seven
Welcome to Project Life 2013 | Week Twenty-Seven (July 1 - July 7).
I'm blocking out a couple cards this week because they are a part of my Hello Story workshop and I want to keep that under wraps until that week hits.
Today (7/17) is the last day to join in that workshop. Each week I'm including a Project Life idea that goes along with the story structure/theme of the week.
Lots of photos this week. Lots of photos with computer or hand-written words on them.
For writing directly onto photos I've been using Precision Pens or the white Gel pen from Sakura (it's the one that seems to be working best at the moment).
I also added "Tuesday" from my Messy Daily Lines set and "Monday" from my Days Of The Week Brackets and the road trip circle from my Travel Circles Of Life set.
I used a 6x12 divided page protector for some additional photos from the 4th of July.
It's been awhile since I added a see-through Silhouette 4x6 cut so I was happy to add another one of those in again. This one ("being together") is from the Family 4x6 Sentiment Boxes. Learn how to trace and cut PNG files with the Silhouette here.
That big silver 4 is from a set I picked up at Michael's from Me And My Big Ideas.
"Life adventure" word art is from my Yes Awesome Brush Set and the "hello summer" is from this set of 3x4 cards that also work as word art on top of your photos.

Awesome and interesting layers that add texture and depth to all of your PL layouts. Love how you brought back the see through Silhouette cut. Makes me want to peek behind it as I'm reading through your layout! You continue to inspire me, Ali, as always!

Hi, Ali~
Just dropping in to say how much I'm L O V I N G HELLO STORY.
I think I've taken just about every class you've offered - since the WITL @ Nashville. I've also taken classes from others in the industry. I have to say that you've once again revolutionized how I think about/approach scrapbooking. Hello Story is by far the best class I've taken.
Thanks for pouring so much of yourself into this class. The content, quality, education and inspiration are all first class.

Thanks Ali - l'm more than a few weeks behind in my PL album and l appreciate seeing how you have caught up on the last few weeks. Really enjoying seeing how your weekly layouts change depending on how much time you have available.

Love your pages as usual Ali! I always come to you when I need extra inspiration.
I had a quick question. Is the road trip circle digi or stamped on? It looks like it has a bit of texture to it, so I wasn't sure. If it is stamped I would love to know the ink you used. Thanks so much!
ps. I am totally loving Hello Story too!

Love the pages and so happy your caught up, I know it feels good when that happens.
Can't wait to see what's hiding in those pockets for class!
I love Hello Story, such wonderful work and ideas you've put into it. Haven't made my way to scrap yet but will soon. Have sketches and ideas already in my notebook.
Just have to ask, which of Becky's new products from this week do you love the most and what will you be getting?? Isn't she awesome, such big secrets she keeps.
No idea yet Dawn - there's so much!

Ali, Stacy's promo was so tempting, but the timing wasn't right for me to do Hello Story. I hope you'll be offering it again, or as a self-paced option sometime.
Thanks Molly. Most likely it will run again sometime next year.

i don't do digital and don't have a Silhouette, but i can use your stamps and my Slice to duplicate your ideas...you inspire me to put my own stamp (pun intended!) on my PL...i am behind but hopefully this week i will make a dent in getting caught up!! i'm on vacation!!!

Is the Road Trip circle a rub on?
No - it's a digital element that I added before printing my photo.
