Welcome to the October Studio AE Blog Hop From Technique Tuesday.

Technique Tuesday offers a monthly stamp club that features a limited edition stamp set designed by me each month. You can check out past stamp sets (some are still available) here.

Say hello to this month's stamp set: Hello December

DIGITAL MEMORY KEEPER? This set is based on a combination of my December Daily™ Favorites 4x6 Overlays and other Christmas-themed word art.

AE_HelloSnowWebFull

This month I created an 8.5x11 layout using the long rectangle pieces with stars on the end from the stamp set to create a frame around my photo. I used the "Christmas wish" stamp inside the boxes using grey and red ink. Around the frame I paired pattern paper from Heidi Swapp's Believe 12x12 Paper pad and Teresa Collins Santa's List Collection 12 x 12 Double Sided Paper with Glitter Accents Snowflakes. On top of my photo I used Teresa Collins photo corners and added a couple of chipboard words from that same collection. I also added a couple of hand-drawn lines and words that bump into the chipboard words.

This stamp set would also make really great December Project Life 4x6 cards or cards that can be used for journaling in December Daily™.

I can't wait to see how other people use them!

I'm all over the black and white - with just a hit of red. Great layout.

I love the way you used the strips as a frame and how the sentiments fit inside to surround your photo with words! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity through your product designs as well as your scrapbook creations!

This is so great!! I so love that this stamp set isn't season specific! (Most Christmas stamps are all about snow/snowflakes etc and being in Australia, that doesn't work so well!!)

Love this! That photo is awesome :) I kind of want to get the stamp set, but I know I have all the digital elements already, and I already have so many Christmas stamps, so I'm a little undecided. I am very much looking forward to December Daily though!

I am trying to resist getting caught up in Christmas thinking so early, but you are making it hard with this great layout. (Makes me think I might like a white Christmas one day!)
