Day In The Life™ | November 2018

Earlier this week I documented a Day In The Life™ via the lens of gratitude. I loved, loved, loved using this lens to look for stories over the course of the day.

I shared my images + words on Instagram and ended up with 8 photos + stories.

Here's a look at how I took those words + photos and added them to my Project Life® album. I used the Day In The Life™ kit and a Design F page protector to hold the overall story of the day:

Here's the back:

I printed all my photos 3x4 and then cut them to fit within the space on the cards. I love that I could use the cards to hold the words or hold the photos. On top of the photos I added a small chipboard circle from the kit.

You might notice that I ended up with 8 rather than 10 - it's just where I happened to stop for the day.

For my journaling I decided to copy and paste the words I added to my Instagram posts and give them each their own 3x4 card. I used a similar light pink color to what is found in the kit for the background and printed these on photo paper.

Loved bringing this all together in this way. Thanks for playing along with Day In The Life™ this year. We have a fun new take on it that we will be sharing in 2019.

I can't wait to see what you have in mind for 2019! I also followed the gratitude theme when I typed it up for my blog. Pretty sure it's the first time I've followed a theme but it just felt right this time. I shared it here (https://behindeveryday.com/day-in-the-life-november-2018/ )

This is great! I have ten and I made sure that I typed up my journaling on a Publisher doc so I wouldn't forget what I wanted to say. I WILL finish this before I begin December Daily :-)

I have a question and it's probably obvious to everyone but me. What does the // mean after your headings?

    Thank you...Denise

Nothing. Ha. It's just a design element.
