Day In The Life™ 2021 | Collection Preview
The 2021 Day In The Life™ collection will be available this Wednesday, January 27th at 9am Pacific. Now available here.
Day In The Life™ is a one-day documenting project that I embark on twice a year. It's an awesome entry point into everyday life storytelling that encourages you to focus on the basics of your life right now. I'm currently working on a video to share soon that takes a closer look at all the different ways I've done this project over the years from single page scrapbook layouts to including the story as inserts in Project Life to creating an album to hold the stories from the day.
This year the two story lenses I'm using are "around here" and "today I/we/you" and you'll see those themes reflected in the design of the cards in the kit.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR: The first documenting day for 2021 will be Tuesday, March 9th. The second documenting day will happen sometime in the second half of the year and I'll post about it here on my blog when we are ready to announce a date.
NEW ALBUMS: Along with the Day In The Life™ collection we will also be releasing a number of new albums tomororw and you will be able to include those with your purchase and take advantage of the shipping special. The new albums being added to the shop include the following:

Due to COVID and living in South Africa, I am finding that postal services are closed and I'm not receiving parcels. I am finding that I need the parcels delivered to my door in order to receive them - my subscriptions are now being sent to me by expedited postage. With the shipping special code will my parcel once ordered be delivered to my door like my December Daily parcel or will I have to request it by another option?

I have not done the Day in The Life for the past couple of years as I am not a fan of the 3x8 albums but when I saw the 4x6 bundle I was so happy. Count me in this year.

Will there be a digital version?
Yes - I included that information in the post above (trying hard to make sure to include that each time). Digital products from this collection will be available on Friday, February 5th. For the vast majority of physical products we almost always offer whatever we can digitally. Digital products are released once a month on the first Friday of each month.

Is the 1, 2 and 0 the same height as the other numbers in the stamp set?

I LOVE the bright colours of this kit. Those circles are so cute. I’m not a fan of 4x6 albums but may have been tempted if it was a brighter colour to match the kit.
But what I’m most surprised about is the album price. OLW 6x8 with pages and dividers was $36. This one is $38 with pp and 3 extra specialty pages.
Have costs gone up that much post Covid?
Hi! Here's some additional information related to pricing of the album: the album bundle is priced the same as the DITL bundle from last year. The 3x8 chipboard album from last year and the 4x6 linen album for this year are very similar in cost to produce (linen is a more expensive material). Same goes for costs of the transparencies from last year vs. the envelope/transparency/pocket included this year. We also have to take into consideration pricing differences for ordering certain quantities of albums - projects with more participation enable us to have more adjustments in the price. There are a wide variety of variables at play when pricing items and it’s not always so easy to explain on the customer side which can feel frustrating all around. One thing to note for this year is that the price of the kit is $6 less this year with a similar number of items.

I’m very excited for the new album options!! At first glance, I thought the album for Day in the Life this year was 4x4, that would be cool too! LOL
It says here in the blog post there is a 9x12 charcoal cloth option but I didn’t see that in the shop. Where can I find this if this is available?
