I’m going to keep this simple: this book could change your life. You’ll laugh, probably cry, learn a bunch about shame, resilience, kindness, letting go, compassion, mindfulness, and come out of the experience with ammunition for the fight against perfectionism.
Perfection is so over-rated. Imperfect is beautiful and real.
