About Scrapbooking

I started scrapbooking in 2002 when my son Simon was almost a year old. I had a strong desire to organize the stuff I'd collected during his first year. At that time I had no idea just how big of a piece of my life recording and documenting would become.

I scrapbook to make sense of my life. I scrapbook to celebrate. I scrapbook because I love combining photos and words together to tell a more complete story. I scrapbook because it satisfies my desire to make stuff from the pieces of our life.

I absolutely believe that there is no right or wrong way to document your life and I absolutely believe that each of us have stories to tell and that those stories matter.
