  28. BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  29. Strong management skills with proven ability to recruit and train new employees.
  30. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  31. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  32. Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  33. Project Management experience
  34. Proven experience working with database, marketing automation and workflow systems
  35. Ability to innovate and systematically improve process through automation
  36. Ability to problem-solve/troubleshoot operational issues
  37. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization
  38. Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
  39. Minimum 5+ years of digital and social media marketing experience
  40. Minimum 2 years management experience
  41. Strong knowledge and proven results in email marketing, SEO, landing page optimization, A/B testing, retargeting strategies, online competitor research and social media
  42. Hands-on experience with:
  43. - Marketing Automation systems (Marketo considered an asset)

    - Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics)

    - Basecamp (or other project management system)

    - Microsoft Excel
