So very sorry - our hearts are with you.
We are thinking of you and feeling such sorrow for the most beautiful city of Paris. This is unbelievable. Stay strong.

Courage is definitely what is needed by those who survive & families/friends who lost loved ones from the simultaneous bombing & gun shooting here in Paris. Today's hand-drawn quote of yours is very timely. Thanks, Ali!

Thinking of your question -- I didn't give it on Sunday the 15th, but the next Saturday -- I went and gave some flowers to the team at the Thai restaurant that sheltered me and three girlfriends until the wee hours of the morning the night of the attacks a couple of blocks from the Bataclan. Those people gave freely of their hospitality -- heck at 1 or 2 in the morning, they made up a pot of noodle soup for everyone, and the green tea was flowing all night -- so I had to thank them with more than my words. They showed courage in taking us in -- another restaurant where my girlfriends were had kicked everyone out into the street when word of the attacks started spreading-- and I am so grateful for their humanity, compassion, and yes, courage.
