Say Hello To Crafter's Inks
For the last year or so we've been working on a set of inks that are to my liking. I'm excited to announce that it's happened and we are now ready to share them with you.
We're calling them Crafter's Inks and they are similar to pigment inks in terms of consistency and stamping style (a "wetter" ink). I've recorded a couple videos to share with you below so you can see how they stamp on cardstock and how they stamp on the Epson photo paper I use here at home with the Epson PictureMate PM400 printer.
The first bundle of five colors are now available for preorder and will ship in late June (your credit card will be charged at the time the ink bundle ships). Once the shipment arrives we will also begin offering the ink pads individually. Ink bundles ships for free domestically and $4 international.
Also, to celebrate the release of these new inks we are also offering free domestic shipping & $5 flat rate international shipping on all my stamps through the month of June.
Here's a 6-minute overview about working with these new inks:
Stamps featured in the video above include Love, Stories of Life, and Sans-Serif Alpha.
And here's a video that talks about stamping with these inks on photos:

Thanks for the enthusiasm related to these new inks and I look forward to seeing how you guys use them in your projects!

Really great! I love that St. Helen's and Olympia colors. So they would send you some and you would test them, reject them, and so on until you were happy with the results? That's pretty cool. Will you consider making white (I think it's Cascade)? I have not found a white I'm happy with. Anyway, looks great. Thank you for the videos. Michelle t
Me too! I know white ink is a different bread of animal to make though, but it sure would be nice :)
Yes I'd love a white and a grey. I need a good grey. I love all of Ali's colors so I'm sure these colors are coming down the line.

Curious if you could give a bit more information/details about what sets these inks apart from other pigment-type inks? What qualities were you seeking when you developed them and made them meet your high standards? Love the colors and the packaging!
Thanks!

Lovely colors and looks like great coverage. Using the lid as an acrylic block is brilliant.I am curious: are they permanent? or will the colors run if watercolor or other wet medium is used with them? Will there eventually be reinkers?

Hi Ali. Have just ordered the bundle. Can you please tell me roughly when these will be shipping so I know when I can expect to be billed from my account.

Just ordered the set! Ali, can you tell us what you use to clean your stamps? Does this ink clean off with just soap and water or do you need a special cleaner like you do for StazOn? Also, I print my photos on matte paper and have absolutely no trouble stamping on them.

I love your stamps!! And I love to write and stamp on photos, usually I do it with StazOn too. But I thought I shouldn't use StazOn on acrylic stamps.. Can I use StazOn on your acrylic stamps? Is there any special recommendation to clean or it's just water/soap? I don't want to damage such cool stamps ;)
Beautiful color pallete :D Looks like I will have to try one of these too!
