About this Class

Need some inspiration for getting your travel stories told? From planning and organization to creative ideas for using products, our Travel Mini-Classes will provide you with tips and techniques to help you create your own travel album. These mini-classes are self-paced which means that all of the lesson content will be available on June 29th and you can work through the content at your own pace.

Our Travel Class Bundle includes these self-paced mini-classes:

  • 10x8 Album Mini Class by Morgan Beal | In her class, Morgan is sharing tips, tricks, and inspiration for completing your own travel album. Topics include album structure + organization, incorporating travel ephemera, and innovative ideas for integrating digital and physical products.
  • 6x8 Album Mini Class by Neela Nalam | Throughout her class, Neela is providing tips and tricks for completing a travel album from start to finish. Topics include collecting and organizing photos, creating pages inspired by products, using digital alphabets, and incorporating memorabilia collected during the trip.
  • 4x4 Album Mini Class by Elizabeth Heinz | In Elizabeth's class you'll get creative ideas to document your travel stories. Topics include planning an album, album construction, and playing with products.
  • Travelers Notebook by Jill Drangsholt | Jill will be using the Traveler's Notebook to document a recent trip to Hawaii. Topics include tips for working in a notebook without making it bulky, getting a headstart on your album while still on your vacation, and how to bring the project together quickly when you return from your trip. 

Please Note: All of the ideas and pages created for these mini-classes used products from the 2022 Travel Collection, but the ideas and information can be applied to products from previous years and a variety of travel stories.

Jill will be using the Traveler's Notebook to document a recent trip to Hawaii. She will show us how she prepped the notebook before the trip, what supplies she brought on her trip along with the notebook, how she used the notebook to inspire her photos, her tips for choosing her photos and arranging them in the notebook before even getting home, and how she brought it all together with photos and simple embellishments the week after she got home. You'll be amazed at how many photos she fits in her notebook while keeping it from getting too bulky!
