It's almost in focus.
She's constantly in motion.
In this instant she was in-between jumping up & coming back down in her crib.
Up & down. Up & down. Laughing. Jumping. Smiling. And then diving (seriously) down onto her mattress.
All this upon waking up from a mid-morning nap.
I'll take almost.
Almost is pretty darn cute.

I can so relate this post :)
I have so many out of focus photos.
And they're just as precious - or maybe even more - than one that is in focus.
I'm just jealous that she still naps in the morning and Morrison and Anna are just a few days apart. He only naps between 1 and 3pm, 2 hours if I'm lucky, just 1 if I'm not :)

She seems to be moving towards one nap - just in the mid-morning. Yesterday she took just this one.

Thanks for the post. It is nice to know that even the pro's have a hard time getting their kids to sit still for pic's. I love the idea of this quote. I think I will use my stack of almost pics to make a mini book! Thanks for sharing the inspiration.

I love almost pictures of my cousin I babysit for. She will never sit still or smile when I need. Well the almost pictures I have of her are always my favorites and shows how truly happy and playful she is. She is so precious Ali love her sweet face.

I think every picture I take is out of focus! But I scrap them anyway, they still give me the memory and the feeling of that moment.

She is so cute! I noticed that her crib is against the wall, I think it was in the middle of the room in the old house...cannot wait to see what the kids rooms look like now.
