September Studio AE from Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Studio AE/Technique Tuesday September blog hop.

In addition to the blog hop today this week we are celebrating the 2-year anniversary of Studio AE. Lots of cool stuff happening over on the Technique Tuesday blog this week.

This month's Studio AE stamp set is Celebrate Fall:

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKER? This stamp set is also available as a digital package through Designer Digitals.

Here's a look at my 12x12 layout:

For those of you that have been around a long time you might be shocked that I've used a different color other than white for my base cardstock.

And I'm loving working on the diagonal.

I started off printing five photos here at home using the Epson PictureMate Show printer - love it for all my 4x6 prints (and it prints the border with the click of a button).

After that I trimmed off the edges of the photos and ended up adding pattern paper and an overlay to the edges, filling in the space on the cardstock background.

Stamping ink on my photos this month is StazOn Pumpkin.

Alongside the stamping on the photo above I did a stitched line with my sewing machine and then wrote  just a bit of journaling on the photo using a Precision Pen.

The little tabs above the photos are a combination of tabs from Jenni Bowlin and word stickers from October Afternoon (thrift shop).

Yellow pattern paper is from Amy Tangerine/American Crafts.

I added a little office supply store date stamp below the sentiment stamp and drew a few lines between the words.

I like stamping & writing on my photos.

These letter stickers are some older ones (I think since I couldn't find them online) from American Crafts/Studio Calico.

This yellow diagonal overlay is from my stash of Hambly (miss you).

AS always super SUPER cuteness:) I most generally print my 4x6 with a boarder, BUT never would of thought of cutting some off AND I love the way it looks. So as always thank you for some brand new funness!!! Curious the colored ink right on the photo. Is that simply using the orange staz on ink? AND does that ink clean off of your stamps ok? Thanks Ali! Can't wait to receive my new Tech. Tues. stamp!!!!

I love the look of the layout on the diagonal. And the pumpkin ink looks great with your new fall stamps. I liked how you stamped right on the photo.
