I am excited for this class. I hope to get some inspiration for adding more words onto my pages. I love using large photos, but could use some help with adding words that compliment the photos!

I'd love to win a spot in this course, because I love making art and memory keeping projects with words. I love writing but I also need some guidance to actually find my own style.

I hope to take away a renewed desire for scrapbooking; I used to love it and it was my primary hobby. Felt like I/it got stale and I would love a renewed spark in creativity!

I always feel so enlighten when I have been able to take once of your classes and I know being able to part of this class I can already see that I'd be able to learn how to document my current stories and give them not only life by putting them down and making them fun. Thanks again for the chance.

I would love to get a Spot in your class! I'm new to scrapbooking, i do Project LIFE now for 3 years! I have always had a love for typography. I would really love to learn how to incorporate the different styles in my story telling. I loved what you said in the video "Stories are words and words are made of type". Hope I'm selected!

I want to be more creative using type...I tend to use the same fonts and would like to learn some new techniques plus find some creative ways to use up my stash of alphabet stickers, Rub-ons, etc.

I want to use type as a design element. I love writing, but don't always think through how to use type/font to emphasize the story I wish to tell.

I've always been fascinated by type - it feels more approachable to me than images. I want to increase my knowledge of it, but I really want to increase my comfort with making my own type, with lettering.

Words come easier to me than designing with photos and pretty ephemera. I would love to be able to use words more artfully. And Happy Easter back at you.

As both my scrapbooking and children have evolved (kids will be 21 in May) I have come to know it's the words that matter just as much as the photo's and embellishments. This sounds like it would help take me to the next level.

Mostly, I'm hoping to learn how to decide to put different types of fonts together, and the design principles for that.
Thanks Ali!

I'd like to be confident of using different fonts and size of type in the same piece of journaling. Whenever I see that on your layouts, I always think how wonderful it looks!

I am looking to apply the information to design that I use for my business. I like to scrapbook, but am hoping to apply the techniques outside of that. I was considering buying it, and writing it off for business! I have no graphic design in my background, but I am "the creative one" so I get saddled with it!

Stories are the details that photographs leave out. When I look back on our life as a family, I want all the details. This class can show us how to incorporate the written word so that it compliments the images that we have printed out. I would love to be able to document the words as much as I do the pictures. Thank you for this opportunity Ali! Xoxo
