AE Inspirations | Move Forward

Found this at the beginning of my Self magazine this month.

To grow, you have to get outside and go.

Filing it away in my One Little Word album.

For the above poster: It’s not new; it’s actually been around for quite a while. Check your grocery or bookstore. It’s a fitness magazine IIRC.

Since Simon likes Dot-to-Dot books, check out http://www.mindware.com–a fabulous catalog if you’re not familiar with it. I believe they are called The Ultimate Dot-to-Dot book. They could be too advanced for his age because some of the pages go up to 1000 dots. Thanks for all of your inspiration!

OHmygoodness, i love this. i love the part that you don’t see a spectacular sunset during a commercial break!!! that made me laugh out loud– but in all honesty, i often make choices with time that “cheapens life”, you know??? this is a great reminder to choose to go and live!!! xo

Really awesome sentiment Ali an perfect for OLW. I’m making a lot of progress with my one little word (LESS) this year, more than I ever hoped I could achieve in such a short period of time, its surprising even myself.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the inspiration your give us, I think I must say that everytime I post on your blog, lol. It bears repeating though. Every time. :)

LOVE it! I just signed up for my first 5k ever – my word this year is FREEDOM and I have been keeping myself locked up by not taking risks. As someone who has never seen herself as an athlete, this is a very true statement above – I have to GET OUT THERE AND GO! :)

How ironic…I came across this same page today myself (I was traveling this morning for work and bought SELF to read on the airplane. When I read this in my magazine I folded over the corner of the page because I liked what it said so much and wanted to come back to it!). So fun to see that you thought the same thing! Great inspiration!

Thank you for your inspiration all the way! For my one-little-word project I’ve made this page in march. Although it’s a different quote, the ‘message’ seems similar. (Sorry for my bad english.)

Love it! We recently got rid of our TV and I have never been so productive in the evenings :)

Great reminder to get outside and explore. Great tie-in with my OLW of “Discover” this year.

Thanks for sharing. Very applicable to my word of “Go” as well… I’m focusing on the concept of “Go forward in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined.”

After a stagnating Winter, what better word than “Go”; go out and “sook” and “really see” this glorious Spring….Thank you
