November Studio AE Blog Hop From Technique Tuesday

Welcome to the November Studio AE Blog Hop From Technique Tuesday.

Technique Tuesday offers a monthly stamp club that features a limited edition stamp set designed by me each month. You can check out past stamp sets (some are still available) here.

Say hello to this month’s stamp set: Relatives Banners

DIGITAL MEMORY KEEPER? This set is based on my Family Ties Outline Banners Brushes and Stamps from Designer Digitals.

Here’s a full  look at my layout:

For this layout I paired 4, 4×6 white-border photos with a die cut title (“love each other”) and journaling. I also hand-wrote on each photo using a white gel pen and a Precision Pen from American Crafts.

I used this month’s stamp set to create a text pattern along the bottom portion of the layout. Ink is Hero Arts Soft Sand.

I like how it created a muted background that was relevant to the story I wanted to tell.

“Love Each Other” was created and cut using the Silhouette.

On top of the photos I used a piece of a 3×4 grid card and chipboard letters for their initials. I love writing on the photos like that. That white gel pen seems to work really well with the Epson 4×6 photo paper I use.

Check out what our awesome creative team did with the stamps this month:

GIVEAWAY | We are going to give away one $25 gift certificate after the hop. To be eligible to win, all you need to do is comment during the hop! The lucky winner will be announced on the 15th on the Technique Tuesday blog.
