A couple things:
1. Registration for Get Croppin's ScrapBowl event in Virginia has started. These are some of my favorite people and they put on an awesome event. The toughest thing will be choosing which classes to take.
2. If you are interested in learning more about digital scrapbooking Jessica Sprague is starting another beginner class (Up & Running with Photoshop) on her site: jessicasprague.com. Registration begins Monday at 9pm; class begins on October 15. Highly recommended.
3. I also heard that the Life Artist books have started to ship. Thanks to Emily andAmy for the heads-up and the kind words.

life artist arrived at my house on sat! what a serendipity. very timely...still wondering what the ali e free email download was that we were suppose to get for pre-ordering. it's no big, big deal, but ck never responded to my emails when i inquired. i would have ordered the book anyway, but that little incentive encouraged me to do it when i did...just wondering.
your book is great. can we ask you questions about it along the way? or is there a forum somewhere that could be based on the book. would love to hear other life artist's thoughts on the wonderful ideas.

Ali your book is great! Each chapter is teaching me some fabulous things about myself and finding my true style. The creative place is a fun spot to be back too. Still not finished with the book, I keep stopping to create. Yahoo! I would love to know how you make some of your canvas art? Hey maybe a future book idea?

Ali your book truly is inspiring. I have been taking it slow, enjoying every minute, soaking it all in so I'm not done yet, but I love it and it's all I can do not to skip ahead or put it down. I've recommended this book to everyone I see.
