    Ali gorgeous photo! What's next.
Been meaning to write and recommend the following: Simple Abundance - a daybook of comfort and joy by Sarah Ban Breathnach. It's a daily book to read with quotes, quips by the author but leaves you thinking for the day. I've had mine 3 years I think...and reread it every year. Always finding something new to think about. She (Breathnach) also has quite a few other additions on the market as well. Even one for men! Enjoy.

btw -- when i taught writing (to 3rd graders, mind you...) we called this sort of thing "grabber beginnings." you've got a knack at it -- and at writing with voice, too. just one of the things that makes reading your blog so addicting. you're an writer!
