Ali, Do you love your PB solar system mobile. We have a ceiling fan in my sons room and I am afraid that it will blow and get tangled. I see them on ebay and want it really bad but I wonder....
Thanks,
Robin
This one screams LO, doesn't it? Cute pic!I am reading "Life Artist", and am getting full of ideas!! Am enjoying it so much. I just popped out about three layouts in 15 minutes while kids were in front of PBS, LOL! Thx for posting :-}
Reading with/to our children is such a simple thing and truly takes so little time. Yet, having recently had my father pass away, I can tell you that it creates a precious memory for your child. Simon is so fortunate to have parents who value him and enjoy the time spent with him.
Blessings to all of you.

Hello Ali!
Just wanted to say that your book "Life Artist" is such a source of inspiration!
I bought it a week ago and i'm reading it every night (and day). :) When my inspiration is down, i pick a page, read it and think about your words and - there it comes - inspiration! Along with my reading i really feel that i should stop scrapping and creating for the others, just do it for me, and i'm slowly getting to know my own art!
Thank you for a wonderful piece of inspiration!

I learned to read at age 4 with Go Dog Go & taught both of my daughters to read with it too! Such a simple book that gets more "complicated" as it goes along---I still have a lot of it memorized... tho it's probably been 15 years since I've read it last.... (my baby is 19...) "Do you like my hat? No I do not! Good bye, good bye...." Fab photo too---such a real part of life!
Ali, I know you hear this all the time, but after seeing your Inspired book from the blog and then the "LOVE" book in CK mag - I just had to write and tell you, you are just wonderful. Truly. I see your work, so ... I don't know the word - simple? (but it isn't) - it just gets me in the gut every time I see one of your projects. It is so real, so 'everyday' but it also shows the emotion behind what you feel about the layout subject. You are a true Life Artist. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
Go dog, Go! is a classic. This was one of the first books each of our four kids read. Love the low light shot. I may use it for a bedtime story layout--along with the good party hat!
What a wonderful picture! The lighting in the background is great! Go Dog Go is one of our favorite books.

Robin - we love the mobile. I bet it would be a bit of a challenge with the ceiling fan - especially depending on how small the bedroom.
