Nesting is obviously in full effect...

especially when I can be found cleaning out + organizing Chris' sock drawer.

You go - isn't that supposed to mean the baby will arrive soon, when you get a burst of energy?
We are experiencing such warm weather here in the Bay Area of CA it feels like spring. On tap for me today? Cleaning out drawers...and I am not even pregnant!
    Happy Spring/Winter cleaning everyone...

My husband always teases me that I was determined to clean the cat box the morning I went into labor. I didn't do it because my water had broken and I was worried about bacteria but ohhh if I could have some of those hormones now! I'm sure the cat would be a lot happier!

Oh, boy...or, should I say girl! Nesting is exactly what I was doing when I went into labor early (three weeks). Here's to you, nesting, and all the wonderful things that are going to happen to you and your family this year (and soon)!
(HUGS, too...I'm so excited for you!)

Your baby girl is definitely on her way!
What a transition this will be, and how special that you share all this with us!
Our son has issues like Simon, which for us was part of the reason for not having any more children. That, and me being a very chaotic person. Nevertheless, we are a very happy little family :) I admire your ability for keeping things under control, as had been said before. The best thing is you don't even consider it to be special. Your children are so lucky to have you as a mother and role model. And last but not least: it takes a real man to give up his office and settle for a corner!

I am not pregnant either, but can totally relate. I just finished an early spring cleaning and we are only in January. But, now the house does smell April fresh.
Thanks for sharing your room. It was nice to see that all of the furniture is matchy. Makes it feel so homey and I just love it.

I loved the nesting part of pregnancy although my husband thought I was out of my mind sometimes. ;-) Enjoy these last few days/weeks with your hubby and son. Life will never be the same. Happy Nesting!
