Wednesday Sponsor Giveaways: Get It Scrapped, Lettergirl, and Scarlet Lime

AJ102Promo

One person will receive an online class spot in Art Journaling 101 and another person will get a spot in Art Journaling 102 with Dina at Get It Scrapped.

Are there are times when photos and journaling on a traditional scrapbook page don’t convey all you’d like? Scrapbooker, mixed-media collage artist, and visual journaler Dina Wakley uses a line-upon-line approach in her online classes at Get It Scrapped! to teach even those who think they’re not artistic the craft of making Art Journal pages. Classes include downloadable pdf and video lessons.

In Art Journaling 102 Dina teaches you how to “amp” up your images, layers, and textures. Art Journaling 101 covers the basics of art and journaling techniques and includes a bonus Spray Ink tutorial.

Being a family is making me happy right now. After several months of extreme busyness in our jobs and my son's recent heart surgery things are finally calm again. I am really happy with the simplicity of it just being "us" without out a lot of distractions.

    Hi ALi,
the sun is shining, my freezer cleaned (had that already weeks waiting, so now it's finely done) and enjoying a little slow time at home with husband, girls and friends coming for dinner.

I am happy this morning because my teenage daughter (15) is showing so much compassion and love towards helping a friend whose parents lost their jobs and have not had money available for the basics like food. Her friend at school has not had any food for lunch the past few days and my daughter has been helping her get lunch each day since we are so blessed. I'm extremely proud of her and happy to see her be so compassionate!

I am happy looking out the window and watching snowflakes blow by. It's making the grass and trees look like powdered sugar has coated them - but it's not impacting the roads. Just enjoying the moment.

The very quiet sound of my dog's nails on our wood floor is making me happy right now... they were so loud until my husband finally cut them like I'd been asking (since he's the pro)! :->
