December Daily™ 2012 | Day Three

Today I’m coming to you from New York City.

Yep, that’s right, a little scrapbook on the road mixed in with my 2012 December Daily™.

Going to NYC in December is one of the things on my life list of things I’d like to do and this year I’m getting to make it happen.

Since I knew I was heading this way I did a few things in advance – like adding an airplane transparency and two metal rimmed circle tags (one on each side).

My left side includes my boarding pass, a photo and a business card from dinner.

Here’s to experiencing a little holiday magic in NYC.

You go girl! I think that an important lesson that we, as Moms, forget is that it’s okay to put our wishes on the list, too. Makes me happy that you made one of yours come true.

Good for you! Hope you get to enjoy the tree at Rockefeller Center – I don’t ice skate but it was fun just to watch! I also loved watching kids see Santa at Macy’s! And yes, even getting into the crazy crowd outside the taping of Good Morning America or the Today show is fun!

I’ve done December in NYC (all the way from Australia) and it’s AWESOME. My biggest regret, not buying a Swarovski Annual Edition ornament inspired by the one on top of the Rockefeller tree. Enjoy, enjoy!!

Welcome to NYC, I hope you love it! Too bad it is almost 60 degrees out!! I am frustrated about the weather and I live here…I refuse to go to Rockefeller center to see the tree until it snows [though I might have to give in, I said that last year & it never snowed!!], so I hope the weather doesn’t spoil your trip!

Ali – where do you get your transparencies from? I did some searching this weekend (you’ve inspired me to try it out) and I’m having difficulty finding them.

do you modify plain clear transparencies (like the spots you had on another page of your daily)?
